Dat Bar

An extensive building-site to launch-party dream project!

Building on our existing relationship with the De Giorgis, we moved things up a gear with their latest bar / burger & pizza joint, DATBAR Newcastle.

At a time when the industry thrives to the point of near saturation, our biggest challenge is making sure a venue stands out, and generates a well-earned buzz.

Striving (as always) to do something totally unique for Newcastle and create a bar that we would rarely be out of ourselves, we set about creating impossibly big murals, signage, branding, and all other collateral design work. To round it off we coordinated their whole social campaign and launch party.

There’s nothing visual in there that we weren’t involved in creating, or didn’t get our hands dirty painting. Enjoy!
